How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within approximately 6–7 business days after confirmation. Remote locations, courier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may require additional time.
Is shipping free?
The estimated standard shipping charge is ₹45–₹50 per 500 g. Zivro covers this charge, so shipping is free across India.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Since our products are made to order, we normally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
What if I choose the wrong size?
Please check our Size Guide before ordering. Because each product is made to order, size exchanges are generally not available if the wrong size was selected.
