Every Zivro piece is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrectly selected size. However, if there is a genuine issue with your order, we’ll make it right.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect product, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please keep:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Photos of the packaging
- A clear, continuous unboxing video (compulsory for damage, defect, misprint, or incorrect-product claims)
REPLACEMENTS
Once the issue has been verified and approved, we may arrange a replacement at no additional product cost.
SIZE EXCHANGES
Please check the size chart carefully before ordering. Since each product is made to order, we cannot normally offer exchanges when the wrong size was selected by the customer.
REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, it will be initiated to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible because the product is being made specifically for you.
FAILED OR RETURNED DELIVERIES
Please make sure your name, phone number, address and PIN code are correct when placing your order. If an order is returned because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete details, refused delivery, or remained unavailable after delivery attempts, the customer must pay the applicable re-shipping charge before the order is sent again. If the return was caused by a verified courier or fulfilment error, the customer will not be charged for re-shipping.
