Every Zivro piece is made to order. Once your order is confirmed, it goes into production, quality checking, packing and dispatch.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Most orders are delivered within approximately 6–7 business days after confirmation. Remote locations, courier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may require additional time.
Please note: Some locations may be serviced through India Post, where delivery can take longer than standard courier delivery.
SHIPPING CHARGES
The estimated standard shipping charge is ₹45–₹50 per 500 g. Zivro covers this charge, so shipping is free across India.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched and tracking details are available, we’ll share them with you so you can follow your shipment’s delivery progress.
DELIVERY DELAYS
While we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, holidays, high order volumes or circumstances outside our control.
ADDRESS ISSUES
Please double-check your shipping address and PIN code before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
